Police and STAR Group officers have swarmed an eastern suburbs property on the hunt for a man allegedly linked to a shooting in Murray Bridge.
Officers raided a house on The Parade, Kensington Gardens, on Monday afternoon, searching for the suspects related to the shooting.
It is understood the operation is in relation to shots fired at a home in Gail Crescent at Murray Bridge in the early hours of Monday morning.
Police said the suspect was not located at the Kenginston Gardens home, but a motorcycle was confiscated for further examination.
The suspect was allegedly involved in a drive-by shooting which left a broken bedroom window and multiple shrapnel holes at the front of a Murray Bridge property.
The home’s occupants were inside the home, at the time of the shooting, but managed to escaped without injury after two shots were fired.
Police stated the Murray Bridge incident was not considered to be random.
Murray Bridge CIB had attended the incident with Crime Scene Investigators to further investigate the scene.
