Police searching for two young men after Modbury service station robbery
Police are searching for two youths who stole cash and cigarettes in another horrifying hold-up at a service station – the third in just two days.

A northern suburbs service station was robbed on Wednesday morning, a day after two other service station robberies, with police now searching for the two youth suspects.
Police alleged two boys entered the service station on North East Rd, Modbury about 4.20am on Wednesday.
One of the suspects was allegedly armed with a knife and stole cash and cigarettes.
The staff member was not injured during the robbery.
The suspects left on foot and were last seen running north on North East Road.
Police searched the area with the help of assistance PD Edge, but could not find the suspects.
They’re described as being caucasian boys, aged in their late teens to early 20s, while the knife-wielding suspect was described as being 170cm tall, wearing a beige and black-coloured hooded jumper, grey tracksuit pants and a glove on his left hand.
Newton servo robbery
Earlier, in an unrelated incident on Tuesday morning, a northeastern suburbs service station was robbed, with police now searching for four suspects.
Police said just before midnight on Tuesday, four knife-wielding men entered the service station on Hamilton Tce and jumped the service counter before demanding cigarettes.
The group managed to steal a cigarettes and the cash register, before fleeing the scene.

The staff member was not injured during the incident.
The thieves made their escaped on foot, and were last seen on Gorge Rd.
Patrols quickly searched the area but failed to find the suspects, who were wearing black clothing and had covered their faces.
Reynella servo robbery
In an unrelated incident, another service station robbery occurred at Reynella on Tuesday morning.
Police were called to a service station on Main South Rd, after reports that a man had threatened staff and stole money and cigarettes.
The staff member was not injured during the incident, and the suspect was last seen running north away from the service station.
He is described to be about 180cm tall, wearing a black hood puffer jacket, white shirt, grey tracksuits pants and white socks with no shoes.
