A man is fighting for life after he was stabbed multiple times at Wayville.
Police and paramedics were called to a service station on Goodwood Rd about 6.30pm Wednesday, where two men were found in a white Holden Nova sedan.
The driver, a 20-year-old man, had sustained approximately five stab wounds to his abdomen.
Paramedics took him to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with critical injuries. He underwent surgery and is in a serious but stable condition, police say.
Police have established the stabbing happened in Devon St North, Wayville, just before 6.30pm.
They are seeking the public’s help to identify a man seen leaving the area. He was last seen running south on Devon St North, and is described as having a dark complexion and wearing a mask.
The investigation is continuing.

Daniel Harris lives nearby and said he did not hear the incident but was concerned a man was stabbed.
“There was a hit-run here at the same service station about three months ago,” Mr Harris said.
“It’s usually a brilliant area.”
Mr Harris said he hoped the victim pulls through.
It follows a hit-run crash that left a man with serious injuries at the same service station in April.
A silver Holden Commodore allegedly crashed into a pedestrian, pinning him to a van, before fleeing the scene.
