Police charge Morphett Vale man, 35, with firearm offences after 3D-printed guns found

A 35-year-old man will face court after police found several firearms, some of which were 3D-printed, at a southern suburbs address.
Detectives from the Serious Firearms Investigation Section were conducting an ongoing investigation when they searched a Morphett Vale address about 9am on Thursday.
During the search, police found four firearms, including a sawn-off rifle suspected of being stolen, a handgun in the process of being adapted with 3D printed parts, a ‘Glock’ gel blaster, and a handgun that was completely 3D printed.
Police also located a 3D printer and accessories, two homemade tasers and prescribed equipment used for making cannabis.
The Morphett Vale man was charged with multiple firearm offences amid others.
He was granted bail and will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court in December.
