A Parafield Gardens man is in hospital with head injuries after being struck by a car in the northern suburbs on Monday.

A pedestrian has been rushed to hospital after a serious crash in the northern suburbs.
About 6.45pm, police and emergency services were called to the access road on Main Nth Rd, near Progressive Wy, at Brahma Lodge after reports that a car crashed into a pedestrian.
The 41-year-old Parafields Gardens man suffered head injuries and was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for treatment.
He is in a serious but stable condition.
Police said the driver, a 23-year-old man, was not injured and is co-operating with police inquires.
One lane for northbound traffic on Main North Rd was affected, but roads have since reopened.
It comes after another crash left a young boy is in a critical condition at Lobethal.
He was struck by a car on a private property earlier on Monday afternoon.
