Multiple men arrested as two separate drug busts uncover meth, cannabis, cocaine and ecstasy in Adelaide’s western suburbs
About 30kg of cannabis has been seized as police raided six homes being used to grow weed – with another bust uncovering more drugs.

A huge drug operation involving hundreds of cannabis plants spanning six homes in the western suburbs has been uncovered.
Police raids of six homes across Woodville South, Seaton, Flinders Park, West Croydon and Ridleyton on May 27 and 28 allegedly found professional cannabis-growing operations, turning up a total of 305 cannabis plants, 30kg of dried cannabis and a trafficable quantity of cocaine.
A large quantity of prescribed equipment was also seized and five of the properties allegedly had illegal electrical diversions in place.
A 25-year-old West Lakes man was arrested and charged with six counts of cultivating a commercial quantity of cannabis, trafficking in a large commercial quantity of a controlled drug, trafficking in a controlled drug, possess prescribed equipment and five counts of diverting electricity.
He was bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court in September.
Separately, two alleged drug dealers have been arrested and charged in the western suburbs after a weekend police raid.
On Saturday, two men were arrested after a search of a Ridleyton home where detectives allegedly uncovered about 2.5kg of meth, approximately 400g of ecstasy and more than $50,000 in cash.
The two men aged 55 and 27 were both charged with two counts of trafficking a large commercial quantity of a controlled drug, two counts of trafficking in a controlled drug and money laundering.
Both Ridleyton men were refused police bail to appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court on Monday.
