An Adelaide Hills man will face court after police seized more than a dozen cannabis plants at a Callington home, while a stolen gun was found at a Riverland property.
About 1.30pm Friday, April 28, after investigations, Murray Bridge detectives searched a Kiernan St property where they allegedly located 14 cannabis plants being grown hydroponically, as well as dried cannabis.
A 35-year-old Callington man was arrested and charged with trafficking a commercial quantity of a controlled drug, cultivating cannabis and possessing prescribed equipment.
He was bailed to face the Murray Bridge Magistrates Court on June 5.
In a separate incident, a Riverland man will face court after a stolen gun was found during a search of a Morgan property.
At 10.30pm Wednesday, Riverland police attended the property, where they allegedly found a stolen, loaded shotgun, a bayonet, cannabis and equipment used in connection with cannabis.
A 36-year-old Morgan man was arrested and charged with possessing a firearm without a license, possessing a prohibited weapon, possessing ammunition, breaching code of practice and breach of bail.
He was bailed to face the Waikerie Magistrates Court on May 8.
