A female thug committed two sickening assaults on employees in the space of an hour, including concussing a bottle shop worker – but she is already eligible for parole.

Shocking assaults caught on CCTV footage

A mother of seven is eligible for parole after she committed two sickening assaults in the space of an hour, including concussing a bottle shop worker.

Shocking footage revealed a “heavily intoxicated” Kimberley Vera Hudson, 37, attacking employees when she is confronted in her attempts to steal.

In the footage released to the Advertiser, Hudson is approached by an employee of 99 bikes at College Park and is told to leave after she tries to steal.

Hudson can be seen in the footage grappling with the employee when another steps in to help.

She launches into a violent tirade, yelling f*** off while hitting the male employees and throwing things onto the floor.

Hudson can be yelling “don’t hurt me c***” as both the employees drag her out the door.

The court heard Hudson returned a short time later and threatened a worker with a glass breaker before stealing a mountain bike.

In a second video from an assault only an hour later, Hudson is stopped by an employee at the Thirsty Camel bottle shop while stealing alcohol.

Hudson, who is holding a glass bottle in her hand, then launches a vicious attack on the employee, including pelting him with cans.

Hudson pleaded guilty to the multiple counts of assault and theft from March 2024.

In his victim impact statement, the bottle shop employee said he was left “concussed, bruised and shaken”.

“As a result of the above I was forced to make the difficult decision to leave my loved job at the bottle shop, deeply saddened by just how much my right to feel safe at work had been compromised,” he said.

Hudson was sentenced to two months’ jail last year after pleading guilty to an array of offences from another incident, including driving in a reckless or dangerous manner, carrying an offensive weapon, driving with excess blood alcohol and assaulting an emergency services worker.

Hudson wielded an axe at police officers during an incident at Goodwood Rd, on May 12, 2023 after she crashed and rolled her car.

She eventually dropped the weapon before being helped out of the car.

During sentencing in the District Court on Tuesday, the court heard Hudson was homeless, barefoot and “heavily intoxicated” at the time of the offending and wanted a bike to get around.

Judge Heath Barklay sentenced Hudson to one year and one month jail, with a non-parole period of four months.

“Each of the assaults you committed were on people who were completely innocent and who were at their workplace where they are entitled to feel safe,” he said.

The sentence was backdated to October 4, meaning Hudson is now eligible for parole.
