Car rolls on Tapleys Hill Rd after driver becomes distracted by ill-timed kiss
An ill-timed kiss has resulted in a serious car rollover, as a Mazda crashed through street signs and ended up on its side at Glenelg North in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

A badly-timed pash resulted in a serious smash at Glenelg North on Tuesday morning.
Police and emergency services were called to Tapleys Hill Rd about 3.15am on Tuesday after reports a after a Mazda had rolled, crashed through street signs and ended up on its side near the corner of Jervois Stt.
They spoke to the occupants – a young couple – and it was revealed that the driver had become distracted by a kiss from the passenger while she was changing the music.
The young couple were lucky to escape injury as the driver and passenger were able to climb out of the vehicle unscathed.
The driver, a 25-year-old Plympton Park woman, was reported for aggravated driving without due care and was summoned to appear in court at a later date.
An 18-year-old Happy Valley man – the passenger – was issued with an expiation notice for impeding the driver’s ability to control the vehicle.
The Mazda was a write-off and towed from the scene.
