Emergency services attending to scene of collision after two pedestrians were struck by car

Two men have been taken to hospital after being struck by a car on a busy intersection just south of the CBD.

Two pedestrians have been taken to hospital after being struck by a car near Adelaide’s CBD on Monday night.

Emergency services were called to the intersection of Unley Rd and Greenhill Rd, Parkside, just before 9.05pm after reports a car had collided with two pedestrians.

SA Police said two 38-year-old men, one from Stirling North, the other of no fixed place, were taken to hospital by SAAS for treatment of minor injuries.

The driver was also taken to hospital for a blood sample, and is assisting police with their inquiries.

Greenhill Rd was closed to all west bound traffic from Hutt Rd.

Motorists are being advised to take an alternative route.
