The second dual position updates of the season are looming in round 12 and there are plenty of KFC SuperCoach opportunities.

Popular centre Joey Manu is now locked in to add five-eighth to his original CTW position, while Luke Keary and Matt Burton are also locked in to earn dual status after notching their third start in a position at Magic Round.

Meanwhile, Tyrone Peachey could emerge as a key cash cow after switching to the centre spot of Izack Tago (pectoral), which is set to earn Peachey dual status in the back row and backline.

LOCKED IN CHANGES

* Jayden Okunbor: 2RF added to CTW - The former winger has converted into a running forward this year. He has played just one game as a winger and six off the bench where he has mostly mixed it with the big boppers.

* Josh Aloiai: 2RF added to FRF - The Manly big-man has played all his nine games at lock and therefore earns dual status.

* Matt Croker: 2RF added to FRF - The Newcastle revelation has made three starts at lock and therefore earns dual status.

* Mitch Kenny: 2RF added to HOK - While named to start at hooker every week this year, Kenny has switched to the middle rotation to accommodate Soni Luke on almost all rounds this season. Kenny therefore wins dual status.

* Jai Arrow: FRF added to 2RF. Arrow has started at prop in two games and has played mostly in the middle this season. He therefore wins dual status.

* Joey Manu: 5/8 added to CTW. Magic Round marked Manu’s third straight game wearing the number 6 and that means the star Rooster will join the DPP gang even if Sam Walker returns to the team for round 11.

* Luke Keary: HFB added to 5/8. After six games at five-eighth to start the year, Keary switched to halfback for the Anzac Day clash and promptly won man of the match. Remained at halfback in rounds nine and ten so will gain DPP.

* Matt Burton: HFB added to 5/8. Another who started at 5/8 only to be moved closer to the ruck in round eight. Has also worn the ‘7’ in rounds nine and ten and will gain DPP.

* Asu Kepaoa: 2RF added to CTW. A real utility for the Tigers, Kepoa started at 2RF in round two (despite being named on the bench) and again in round three. Then when John Bateman tweaked his hamstring just minutes before the Tigers took to Suncorp in round 10 his DPP status was locked in.

These players are on the verge of earning dual status for the next updates in Round 12 but haven’t qualified yet.

* Tyrone Peachey: Currently 2RF only. Another big SuperCoach opportunity here. With Izack Tago (pectoral) out until round 16, the left centre spot at the Panthers is Peachey’s to lose. He has started two games there so far, and he’ll earn dual status for round 12 if he starts at centre in round 11, as expected.

* Kenny Bromwich: Currently 2RF only. KBrom has started two games at prop and he therefore needs one more game there to earn that position.

* Jake Granville: Currently HOK only. It’s been a strange old season for the Cowboys utility who has played off the bench seven times, started once at prop (yes PROP) and started two games at lock. All this just two seasons after starting at fullback and centre. Granville is no doubt one of the most adaptable players going around so is hard to pin down, but he’ll earn dual status if he starts at lock or plays middle off the bench this coming weekend.

* Jonah Pezet: Currently HFB only. Pezet has started two games at five-eighth and two at halfback. He is the back-up to both Cameron Munster and Jahrome Hughes at the Storm and needs just one more game at five-eighth to earn that position in SuperCoach.

* Jayden Campbell: Currently FLB only. Campbell has played plenty of halves off the bench but also plenty of fullback. Campbell needs more time in the halves to earn dual status, but that is unlikely given the ongoing injuries to fullback AJ Brimson.

PREVIOUS POSITIONS CHANGES (FROM ROUND 6)

* Kaeo Weekes: HOK added to 5/8

* Connelly Lemuelu: 2RF added to CTW

* Sebastian Kris: FLB added to CTW

* Fa’amanu Brown: 2RF added to HOK

PLAYERS WHO CAN’T CHANGE BECAUSE ALREADY DUAL (aka the ‘we got it wrong list’)

* Phoenix Crossland: Playing plenty of hooker. But he’s already dual 5/8 and HFB so can’t be changed.

* Drew Hutchison: Utilities like Hutchison are always tough to pin down. He’s played three games at centre but can’t be updated due to already being dual 5/8 and 2RF.

* Ray Stone: Has started at prop 2/8 games but is already dual 2RF and HOK.

* Dylan Walker: Three games at five-eighth but already dual CTW/2RF.
