The final pool day at the U15 Australian Hockey Championships saw some ripper action. Rewatch every match here.

REPLAY: National U15's Boys Hockey Championships - QLD Maroons vs ACT

The final pool day at the U15s in Bathurst had everything to play for.

Teams came back fresh from a rest day to push for a spot in the top play-off matches ahead of Thursday’s medal matches.

Here’s how the action unfolded.

RESULTS AND REPLAYS

U15 Boys, Vic Development 5 – WA Black 2

Western Australia Black went on a goal scoring blitz in this match to defeat Victoria Development 5–2 in the final game at Bathurst on Tuesday.

Harrison Regan came out of the blocks firing, smashing two in off penalty corners in the 17th and 21st minutes to give the Western Australians an early 2-0 jump.

Charles Barrett was the first Victorian to put points on the board via a field goal in the 24th.

Finn Bell then extended Western Australia’s lead to 3-1 off a penalty corner in the 30th with Tom Chalmers extending this lead with a field goal in the 36 minute.

Victorian Lachlan Micallef then scored in the 40th before Chalmers immediately slotted in his second field goal to help Western Australia to the convincing victory.

Girls, Pool B, WA Gold 4 – Vic Development 2

Western Australia Gold have proved to be one of the best teams at the tournament while Victoria Development went into the game with just one win from the first three days of competition.

As expected, it was the Western Australians who dominated 4–2.

Jessica McDonald scored in the 27th and Ellie Samsa in the 26th to put WA up 2-0 at half time.

Megan McCaffrey scored again for WA. in the 35th before Scarlett Longstaff slotted in two field goals in the 28th and 50th.

Eliza Swaine scored the final goal of the match in the 58 minute.

REPLAY: National U15's Girls Hockey Championships - VIC Development vs WA Gold

Girls, Pool A, Victoria 2 – Tasmania 0

Victoria are one of the favourites in the girls competition and boasted three wins from four games heading into this match against winless Tasmania.

Just one goal was scored in the first half of this match with Elise Fitzpatrick shooting in a field goal just 14 minutes into the game.

The Victorians then extended their lead in the 48th minute from a Bailey Wallace field goal.

Boys, Pool A, Victoria 5 – South Australia 0

A much anticipated game with Victoria sitting on top of the Pool A ladder heading into day four.

South Australia were in third place and badly needed a win after just one victory from their opening three games.

But it was Victoria who dominated from the start, producing an incredible performance to win 5-0.

Youngster Emerson Hodder completed a hat-trick, scoring in the ninth, 15th and 60th minutes.

Duncan Jackson got on the scoresheet as well in the 55th, as did George Papadopoulos in the 57th.

Boys, Pool A, WA Gold 3 – Queensland Gold 3

Western Australia Gold went into this game in equal first place on the Pool A ladder with two wins from the first three games.

Queensland Gold had managed just one win from their first matches of the tournament.

But just after halftime, this match was level at 2–2.

West Australian Zed Kearnan had scored off a penalty corner in the 11th minute, with Lachlan Davies equalising with a field goal in the 24th.

Four minutes later, Patrick Eastwood put WA up 2-1 before Sam Riggs kept Queensland in the game with a field goal in the 31st.

Jordan Donald then put Queensland up for the first time with a field goal in the 36th minute.

West Australian Charlie McCarthy then slotted in a last-minute goal to force a 3–3 draw in one of the most exciting games of the event.

Girls, Pool B, WA Gold 4 v VIC Development 2

REPORTS AND REPLAYS FROM FIELD 2

Girls, Pool B, Queensland Gold 0 – NSWS 5

A much-anticipated game between two of the top teams in the girls event.

Both NSW state and Queensland Gold had suffered just one loss from their first four games heading into this match-up.

After 27 minutes, NSW’s Martina Williams grabbed first points from the field and then in the 34th from a penalty corner.

An in-form Lahni Woodger then extended NSW’s lead to 3-0 in the 38th.

Williams, having a blinder of a match, then scored off a penalty corner in the 55th for her third goal.

Woodger scored her second, also off a penalty corner, in the 60th to deliver the 5-0 win to NSW.

Girls, Pool A, SA 1 – Western Australia Black 0

Western Australia Black sat third on the ladder ahead of this game with two wins, while South Australia were still looking for their first victory.

After a scoreless first half, the scoreboard finally lit up six minutes after the break.

Emily Holland scored a lovely goal for the South Australians which

eventually secured them the match.

Girls, Pool B, Northern Territory 0 – ACT 2

The ACT headed into this game as the only team in Pool B without a win, while the Northern Territory had racked up one success from their first four matches of the girls event.

But it was the ACT who put the first points of the game in the board in the 30th minute from a Isla Syrek penalty corner conversion.

Ella Slater added one in the 36th to deliver the ACT their morale-boosting win.

Boys, Pool B, ACT 2 – Queensland Maroon 0

Queensland Maroon entered the match with two wins, a draw and a loss to their name after their first matches of the competition.

ACT had one win and one draw and were looking to move up the Pool B ladder.

And it was the ACT who struck first, putting points on the board in the 16th minute through a Aiden Hellyer field goal.

Hellyer has been a star for the ACT at the event with three goals prior to this matchup.

A penalty stroke by Hellyer in the 58th then secured a 2-0 win for the ACT.
