While Port Adelaide has been battling away in the AFL finals, the Crows’ season ended a month ago – and the players haven’t wasted time jetting away overseas or interstate.
Many have chosen to embark on trips to exotic locations such as Asia or ventured to cultured European hotspots such as Italy, Croatia or Switzerland.
Others with families have stayed closer to home and enjoyed a break around Australia.
And thanks to Instagram, we get a front-row seat as we jealously watch our heroes go in search for some sun after a long footy season.
After a tumultuous finish to his AFL year, Josh Rachele and his girlfriend Cartia Condo travelled to Italy for a romantic adventure.
The photogenic couple have been spotted soaking up the sights in Rome – including the famed Colosseum, Pantheon and Spanish Steps – along with stops in Milan, the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii.
“Do yourself a favour and visit Pompeii. An incredible experience with so much history! #pompeii” he captioned a set of photos.
In good news for Crows fans, Rachele has been keeping a red Sherrin close at hand throughout his trip.
Young Crows players Jake Soligo, Riley Thilthorpe, Luke Nankervis, Max Michalanney, Billy Dowling, Zac Taylor and Hugh Bond have been enjoying the local cuisine in the Greek Islands.
The group were spotted sailing around the popular holiday destination, and shared a few picturesque photos in Mykonos, Ios and Santorini.
“Some amazing views and yiros,” Soligo captioned a series of happy snaps.
Michalanney added: “Might turn into a yiros”.
Some of the same crew later headed to London where they attended an English Premier League match.
Europe was also the destination of choice for another murder of Crows including Ben Keays, Nick Murray, Harry Schoenberg, Josh Worrell and Sam Berry.
The lads travelled to Amsterdam and shared a photo as they enjoyed a drink on the Amstel river.
Worrell and girlfriend Paige Bramley later caught up with fellow defender Mitch Hinge and his partner Amy McCabe in Croatia, with the quartet taking in some beautiful sunshine in Hvar.
Hinge and McCabe had previously spent some time in Barcelona, checking out iconic hotspots including Basílica de la Sagrada Família and La Boqueria market.
Berry also kicked onto Scotland where he was joined by Eddie McGuire’s son, sports reporter Xander, for a trip to the home of golf, St Andrews golf club.
Small forward Lachlan Murphy and his new fiancee Mads Steer have so far ventured to the Swiss Alps, Norway and Germany on their packed European getaway.
Ned McHenry and ruckman Reilly O’Brien met with former teammate, newly retired Jake Kelly, for a break (slightly) closer to home.
The trio explored Vietnam, hopping on motorbikes and checking out the countryside in the southeast Asian country.
Former captain, superstar forward Taylor Walker, and his wife Ellie travelled to Noosa, Queensland for a wedding, and have been spotted enjoying the attractions at Adelaide Zoo, alongside their three young children Louis, Hugo and Harriet.
