The Redlegs opted not to contest the charge and risk the star being unavailable for another match.

Grigg will miss the clash against Port Adelaide at The Parade on Thursday night.

Adelaide’s Fogarty avoided a one-match suspension after initially being charged with engaging in rough conduct with Woodville-West Torrens’ Jack Hayes at Woodville Oval on Saturday.

Playing in defence, Fogarty was cited by the match review panel after his high bump on the Eagles’ strong-marking forward.

But Tribunal Chairman Ian White on Tuesday evening found the SANFL Tribunal Panel couldn’t be satisfied beyond reasonable doubt that contact was intentional and deemed it careless.

Fogarty had his one-match ban overturned and was instead fined $200 and reprimand.

North Adelaide premiership forward Lewis Hender will be sidelined for the battle against Central District at Prospect Oval on Friday after accepting a one-match ban with an early plea for striking Port’s Jack Trengove at Alberton Oval on Sunday.
