WEST Adelaide has regained some much needed firepower in attack with the return of Mason Middleton from a hip injury for the battle against Port Adelaide at Richmond Oval on Saturday.
Middleton missed the loss to Glenelg at the Bay last weekend and his presence gives the Bloods a strong-making avenue to goal.
Jake Wilson is also back in the Bloods side, which still has a remote chance to qualify for the finals.
Port is out of the race for a spot in the top five and will confirm its line-up on Friday when the Power finalises its side to face Adelaide in the Showdown.
Josh Scott will miss for Glenelg through suspension as the Bays look for four wins on the trot when it travels to Prospect on Sunday against North Adelaide.
The Roosters have added Matt Appleton to a 22-man squad as they try to keep their top-three hopes alive.
It is a split round with three games programmed for next weekend.
The SANFL has released the draw for the final round with two games on Saturday, August 25, and three the following day.
The battle for a top-three spot could come down to the final minor round games when South Adelaide hosts Norwood and Glenelg and Sturt do battle at the Bay.
