Bloods regain big names for SANFL clash against Norwood

WEST Adelaide has regained a swag of big names, headed by Jason Porplyzia, for the clash against Norwood at Richmond Oval on Saturday.

The veteran midfielder missing the loss to Sturt last weekend because of minor soreness to the knee he had reconstructed last year.

Jono Beech, also absent last week because of a hamstring problem, has been named in a 23-man squad along with Izak Rankine, back from state under 18 duties, Shannon Green, Murray Waite and Josh Ryan.

Zac Bates has been ruled out due to a hip injury and the Bloods are hopeful he will miss just the one game.

Brad McKenzie, troubled by knee soreness this season, has been recalled for the Redlegs after impressing in the reserves. Zac Richards and James Siviour are the other inclusions in an extended squad.

Ben Jefferies will miss two games because of knee soreness.
