Mr Ganley said rural towns aren’t only great places to move, they are also ideal locations to invest.
“We are still getting investors that are coming in buying these properties,” he said.
The real estate agent said he had seen an uptick in people putting transportable houses on rural land for “cheap and affordable rentals”.
