A female pedestrian is fighting for life after being struck by a vehicle in Wulguru in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Emergency services rushed to the scene at Stuart Drive just after midnight, where a woman in her 30s was found with serious head injuries following a crash at 12.13am on Sunday.
Paramedics rushed her to Townsville Hospital in a life-threatening condition.
