Severe weather warning as ‘damaging’ weather set to hit SA
A severe weather warning has been issued for SA, with damaging winds of up to 100km/h set to lash parts of the state.

SA is under a severe weather warning as one cold front after another moves across the state.
The Bureau of Meteorolgy is warning a “vigorous airstream” will develop over the south and south-east of the state, bringing wind gusts of up to 100 km/h as early as Friday mid-afternoon.
Severe weather warnings for potentially damaging winds are active for the Mount Lofty Ranges, Kangaroo Island and parts of Mid North, Murraylands, Upper South East and Lower South East districts.
The potentially damaging winds – averaging 50-65 km/h with peak gusts up to 100 km/h – are predicted to last until the evening.
There are also warnings to not enter rough seas with gales predicted for the Central Coast, South Central Coast, Investigator Strait, Upper South East Coast and Lower South East Coast.
Strong wind warnings are in place for Adelaide Metropolitan Waters, Far West Coast, Upper West Coast, Lower West Coast, Spencer Gulf and Gulf St Vincent.
As well as wind, showers are forecast for Friday with the city expected to record a top temperature of 17C.
There is a high chance of showers again on Saturday, with a predicted top of 18C.
