Motorists are being warned of traffic delays along a major Adelaide road as sewage shuts down multiple lanes at Eastwood.
Greenhill Rd travelling westbound towards Fullarton Rd has been reduced to one lane as authorities manage urgent works.

Greenhill Road (westbound) is down to one lane due to urgent sewer works, approaching Fullerton Road.

The Department for Infrastructure and Transport is encouraging commuters to seek an alternative route.
Meanwhile, traffic on Dequetteville Tce between the National Wine Centre and Greenhill Rd has also slowed to a halt with motorists describing it as a carpark.
Further up the hill, a multi-vehicle crash is causing traffic delays on the downward track of the South Eastern Freeway at Crafers West.
No serious injuries have been reported.
