It is an offence for more than two members of a declared criminal organisation to be present in public together.

SA Police Crime Gangs Task Force officers arrested the three Finks members, including a 37-year-old Huntfield Heights man, a 56-year-old Brooklyn Park man and a 60-year-old Adelaide man.

“Police will allege that three members of the Finks Outlaw Motorcycle Club Gang (OMCG) were present in company with each other at the Adelaide Airport prior to boarding the same flight to Melbourne,” police said in a statement.

The men were charged with being present with two or more criminal organisation participants.

They were bailed and expected to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on November 12.
