Victor Tattoo and Body Piercing was popular last night with school leavers looking to take a memento home from the fun-filled weekend.
Chris Causby, head body piercer and manager, said that Schoolies is their busiest weekend every year.
Mr Causby said that hundreds of kids come in to get a piercing or tattoo – most of which end up getting a piercing due to age restrictions.

The body piercer said the paperwork the year 12 leavers have to fill out is “comprehensive”.
Mr Causby said a lot of the tattoos are really small and that they’re “really quick to get done.”
The shop has all of their staff on to ensure that they can keep up with the high demand. Mr Causby said he works more than 40 hours over Schoolies weekend because of the shop’s popularity.
18-year-old Callum Levi decided, on a whim, to get a belly button piercing.
“I wanted a tattoo but I couldn’t afford it, so the next best thing was the belly button piercing,” Callum said.
Kalahni Bissi, who is also 18-years-old, got a tattoo of a smiley face on her toe.
“I must admit, I may have lost a bet,” she said.
Kalahni said she isn’t upset that she lost because she was always planning to get a tattoo at Schoolies.
