Police investigate multiple car blazes in Huntfield Heights as jerry cans with petrol found nearby
The owner of three cars found in flames overnight believes the incident was a targeted attack.

Three cars were set alight at Huntfield Heights early Monday morning under suspicious circumstances, with the family believing it to be a targeted attack.
Police and fire crews were called to Fuschia St after reports of several cars on fire, just before 5.40am.
The family told 7NEWS they saw the “orange” fire in the morning, grabbed their extinguishers and put out the blaze
“It was just orange. I thought ‘oh sh*t, what’s going on?’” the father said.

He said he instructed his family to call the fire department, putting out two out of the three cars by the time the MFS arrived.
He told 7NEWS he believed the fires were a targeted attack after he rejected a number of offers on of the cars which he had listed for sale online.
Meanwhile, Crime Scene Investigators were on the scene, dusting for fingerprints and collecting evidence, including the two jerry cans filled with petrol believed to be left by the arsonist.
It is believed the arsons left two jerry cans filled with petrol nearby.
Authorities have also told the family the fire flashed when it started and has possibly burned the skin on the offender’s hands or burned off their eyebrows.
