Pedestrian hospitalised after being hit by ute at Payneham
A 42-year-old Marden woman has been taken to the RAH after the incident at about 6pm Thursday.

A pedestrian has been hit by a car at the intersection of Payneham and Battams roads, Payneham.
Police were called to the scene of the serious crash at 6.10pm Thursday evening and Major Crash investigators are on the way to the location.
Battams Rd was closed in both directions a police have asked motorists to avoid the area.
An SA Police spokesperson said a 42-year-old Marden woman was taken to Royal Adelaide Hospital but her injuries were not life-threatening.
A 41-year-old driver of a Ford ute was not injured.
Police will investigate the cause of the incident.
It comes after an elderly woman died in hospital on Wednesday almost two weeks after a two-car crash in Pooraka.
Emergency services rushed to the intersection of Main North and Montague Rd, Pooraka at about 9.30am, after reports of a two-car crash on November 17.
The 84-year-old female passenger in one of the cars was rushed to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for treatment after sustaining serious injuries but died on Wednesday.
She was the 105th life lost on South Australian roads this year compared to 63 at the same time last year.
