Para Hills raid leads to mega cannabis bust
Police are searching for suspects responsible for more than 80kg of cannabis uncovered during a northern suburbs raid.

Arrests are yet to be made after more than 80kg of cannabis was found during a raid at a northern suburbs home.
Police had cause to search a Para Hills address about 8am Monday, June 6, where they uncovered the huge haul, which included 19 plants and 80kg of dried cannabis.
No-one was home at the time of the search and police are continuing their investigation.

It follows a recent seizure of cannabis which was stored in multiple hotel rooms across Adelaide.
Police searched a South Tce hotel in April and found 11 vacuum sealed bags of weed, before later searching a hotel room on Jasper St in Hyde Park where they found a further eight bags.
A NSW man, 23, was arrested over the seizures.
Also in April, detectives searched a Thebarton warehouse and seized a large hydroponic cannabis crop including 163 mature cannabis plants and about 150kg of dried cannabis. Later that week, a Welland warehouse was searched and police seized a second cannabis crop including 18 plants and around half a kilogram of cannabis bud.
