Police have confirmed missing sisters, Indianna and Daniella have been located after a desperate three-day search.

Daniella, 7, and Indianna, 5, from Kidman Park were located “safe and well” on Tuesday afternoon, after they were last seen on Saturday morning, a police spokesperson said.

Police did not disclose any details regarding their disappearance, but thanked “everyone for their assistance.”

Earlier, the desperate stepmother of the two missing western suburbs girls shared her pain as the search for her budding ballerina and cheerleader entered day three.

Stepmother Stephanie Mende said her life had been torn apart by the disappearance of sisters Daniella and Indianna who were last seen at their Kidman Park home Saturday morning.

SA Police issued a missing-person alert Sunday evening saying the children were believed to be with their biological mother and there were concerns for their welfare and safety.

Ms Mende claimed the girls were on a four-hour supervised visit on Saturday morning with their mother, but never returned.

“When I got the phone call on Saturday I ran into people’s houses looking for them,” Ms Mende said.

“I will search everywhere for my kids because I don’t care what it takes. I will do it all.

“I’m f***ing exhausted. It feels like my life is ending. How are the kids if I’m feeling like this? How are they feeling?”

On Tuesday, members of the public allegedly saw the biological mother at a shopping centre.

SA Police could not confirm to The Advertiser if a reported sighting of the mother at a shopping centre had been confirmed and was unable to provide an update on the investigation.

Ms Mende, on behalf of their father Brodie and extended family pleaded desperate to anyone with information that would help locate the missing girls to come forward.

She said the family had moved from Peterborough to give her children more opportunities.

“It just makes me so angry and frustrated,” she said.

“I’m really disappointed in knowing that I’ve just moved my family back to Adelaide in September from the country where it was safe.

“We moved here to give my kids a bigger and better future thinking it’s going to be a safe place.”

Ms Mende described both young girls as athletic, with Daniella hoping to pursue gymnastics and ballet while Indianna wants to do cheerleading.

“I’ve been teaching them how to do the splits and how to do the bridge and flips and stuff,” she said.

“I sit there doing their hair and makeup everyday because they always ask ‘can we get our nails and makeup done?’.

“They’re like my children, I just never gave birth to them, that’s the only difference.”

The Advertiser has reached out to the biological mother for comment.

Daniella, who has waist-length dark hair, was last seen wearing a Minnie Mouse long sleeved dress.

Indianna, who has long blonde hair, was last seen wearing a Minnie Mouse T-shirt and multi-coloured, sparkly leggings.
