Emergency services rush to Port Adelaide after cyclist hit, car crashes into Sheidow Park house
A woman on a bike has been rushed to hospital after a serious crash with a truck at Port Adelaide – as a car crashes into a house at Sheidow Park.

A woman has been hospitalised after a serious crash in Port Adelaide.
Authorities responded to reports of the incident involving a cyclist and a truck just before 9.30am on Tuesday along Francis St near the Diver Derrick bridge.
The cyclist, a 32-year-old woman from Victoria, was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with non-life-threatening serious injuries.
The truck driver, a 68-year-old man from Pennington was unharmed.
Major Crash officers attended the scene and will investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash. They have asked anyone who has dashcam footage or witnessed the crash to contact Crime Stoppers.
The Port River Expressway was closed for west-bound traffic from Perkins Drive to Nelson Street, but has since reopened.
Further south, a car has ploughed into a house at Sheidow Park.

Around 10am, emergency services were called to Adam Rd to reports a Holden Commodore hit a parked Mazda sedan, before crashing into the front of a house.
The occupants of the house escaped injury, while the driver, a 34-year-old local man, was taken to the Flinders Medical Centre for treatment of minor injuries and a routine blood test.
Meanwhile, a man will face court today after a freeway pursuit over the long weekend.
Authorities allege around 5.40am on March 11, officers responded to multiple reports of a white Holden sedan travelling along the wrong side of the South Eastern Freeway near Bridgewater.
The sedan did a U-turn towards the correct side of the road, but turned again and continued to travel east, causing several minor collisions with other motorists, including a rear end crash with a truck.
Police activated road spikes and stopped the car near the Mount Barker Interchange.
The driver, a 26-year-old man from the Adelaide Hills was arrested and charged with endangering life and dangerous driving to escape a police pursuit.
Investigators are appealing to witnesses or motorists with dashcam footage of the incident or the car in question to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
