A woman is fighting for her life after a serious crash in the state’s south, that involved seven people including a family of four.
Emergency services were called to Victor Harbor Rd, near the intersection of Mosquito Hill Rd, at Mount Jagged, about 55km south of Adelaide after reports a ute and car collided, just about 2.45pm.
A 26-year-old Tooperang woman driving a Subaru sedan was flown to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Her passengers who were also from Tooperang – a 26-year-old woman and a 7-year-old boy – both sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
A family of four – a man, 46, a woman, 43, and two boys aged 12 and 10 – from Port Noarlunga South in a Mitsubishi ute, all sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Major Crash Investigators attended the scene, as investigations into the circumstances surrounding the crash continue.
Both vehicles have been towed from the scene.
Victor Harbor Rd was closed to traffic in both directions from about 2.45pm between Goolwa Rd and Hindmarsh Tiers Rd, but has since reopened.

SERIOUS CRASH AT STRATHALBYN
A driver has been rushed to hospital after sustaining serious injuries, after colliding with a truck at Strathalbyn, about 55 km south east of Adelaide.
Emergency services were called to Parker Ave, after reports that a car had collided with a parked truck, about 5.45pm on Thursday.
The driver of the Peugeot, an 85-year-old Strathalbyn woman suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital.
Road closures are in place with motorist urged to avoid the area.
