Earthquake measuring 4.8 on the Richter scale at Murrayville on Victoria and SA border felt in Adelaide

An earthquake on the border of South Australia and Victoria was felt by people in Adelaide on Saturday morning, two-and-a-half weeks after another quake rocked rural Victoria.
The 4.8 magnitude earthquake was recorded at Murrayville, Victoria, at 3.47am this morning, according to Geoscience Australia.
The Seismology Centre said four aftershocks were felt, with reports that people were woken up in Adelaide.
The quake was confirmed in a tweet by Geosciene Australia.

It was originally recorded as a magnitude 5.0 at Pinnaroo, SA, before being corrected.
It follows another earthquake in Victoria on September 22, where workers and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital were evacuated as the quake rocked rural Victoria and was felt in SA.
The magnitude 6.0 quake struck near Mansfield north of Melbourne at 9.15am, AEST.
The Seismology Centre said a 5.3-magnitude quake was recorded in Gippsland, suggesting the epicentre was about 100km from Melbourne.
The quake was reportedly felt as far afield as NSW, the ACT and Tasmania, with several reports in Adelaide.
