CFS issue smoke advice warning after house fire at Aldinga Beach

An advice warning has been issued for several streets in Aldinga Beach after a property erupted in flames, causing heavy smoke around the area.

A fire has engulfed a property in Aldinga Beach, triggering an advice warning for surrounding streets.

Just after 9am on Monday, fire crew services were called to a residential property at Ratcliffe Rd, Aldinga Beach, after reports of a structure fire.

An advice warning was issued for surrounding streets about 10.35am.

“The emergency is ongoing, which is causing smoke to drift in the area,” the warning stated.

There are currently 10 appliances at the scene attending to the fire.

It follows a huge blaze at Normanville overnnight that completely destroyed the three-storey home, resulting in more than $1.3m in damages.
