A young boy has been flown to hospital in a helicopter after falling through glass windows at a residence in Adelaide’s south.
Paramedics were called to a Trott Park home around 9:00pm on Friday and treated the boy, 5, for an upper leg wound.
A MedSTAR helicopter was later deployed after the boy reported feeling lethargic and was visibly pale.
He was rushed to the Women’s and Children’s Hospital and SA Health has since confirmed he is in a stable condition.
It is understood the boy was playing at the time of the accident.
The MedSTAR chopper was also sent to the scene of a fall on Monday morning where a man suffered serious head injuries after falling from scaffolding at Marden.
The 40-year-old man fell within a staircase, however it is not known if the incident occurred inside or outside a property and if it involved a tradesman.
