Labor MP and former 7NEWS journalist Jayne Stinson has announced the birth of a precious bundle of joy and Badcoe’s newest resident.
Last week, Ms Stinson first hinted at her son’s arrival, after she shared a picture on Facebook admiring a gifted custom made outfit which read ‘Baby Badcoe’.
Speculations were cleared on Tuesday night when Ms Stinson officially announced the birth of her newborn son, Quinn Edmund Stinson, who “burst into the world with a big grin on Friday.”
“HEY BABY!” she wrote. “A wonderful 95th birthday gift for his great-grandfather.
“At 3.1 kilos, he’s a healthy and happy boy who has already made good friends with Maku and Tjala.
“Huge thanks to SA Health Women’s and Children’s Hospital who make miracles happen every day.
She also thanked “midwife extraordinaire” Kayla and Dr Dee McCormack for “going above and beyond.”
Earlier this month, Ms Stinson first announced her pregnancy as she looked ecstatically in love while glancing at an ultrasound picture in hand.
