Australian cricket superstar Travis Head and his wife Jessica have welcomed their second child, a baby boy named Harrison.
The South Australian batsman announced the news on social media, posting a series of photos on Instagram, captioned: “Welcome to the world Harrison George Head”.
The adorable snaps show the couple and their two-year-old daughter Milla meeting their new addition to the family, who arrived on Monday.
Hundreds of family, friends and fans left messages of congratulations on the post, including Crows veteran Taylor Walker.
Head helped steer Australia to glory in the ODI World Cup last year, but opted out of the team which took on Pakistan in a 50-over clash at Adelaide Oval on Friday.
The dashing left-handed batsman first became a father to Milla Paige in September 2022.
The couple met while they were studying at Trinity College in Gawler, and became engaged in 2021.
They eventually tied the knot in a romantic ceremony at Carrick Hill in April 2023, attended by cricketing royalty, including Test captain Pat Cummins and Head’s state teammates such as Jake Lehmann and Harry Nielsen.
