The City of Brisbane, Moreton Bay Region, City of Ipswich, Logan City, Redland City and Toowoomba Region had been declared hot spots from Monday, March 29 but those declarations have now all been lifted.

The NT Health Minister Natasha Fyles said Chief Health Officer Hugh Heggie had also made the decision to revoke the Byron Bay local government area hot spot declaration on Thursday afternoon.
