It’s finally here.
My First Year, a special commemorative liftout from the NT News has become an institution in the Northern Territory, and 2022 will be no different.
More than 50 schools have sent in their class photos, from Alice Springs to Nhulunbuy and across to Darwin.
Whether they have 25 students or just one, we have collated more than 100 pictures of the Territory’s Transition students.
These galleries will run in a special print edition of the paper on September 23.

The first of the galleries is schools from rural and remote parts of the Territory, from Alice Springs to Katherine and everywhere in between.
Darwin and Palmerston school photos will be the next gallery published on Thursday September 15, followed by all the Funny Faces of Transition students on Tuesday September 20.
