THE music just won’t be muted in the Top End, with Darwin at the end of this month to welcome its fourth major concert in its coronavirus revival with the Electric Storm Halloween Music Festival.

Fresh off a successful performance at the Darwin Festival, J-Milla will front his home crowd at the Darwin Ski Club, supporting Hot Dub Time Machine, Allday and Reuben Styles from Peking Duck, set to spook Darwin through Halloween.
