Firefighters battle chicken manure fire on Ballan Rd near Anakie
Firefighters responded to a blaze near Anakie on Monday night, finding an unlikely source of the fire.

Country Fire Authority (CFA) firefighters battled a blaze on Ballan Rd near Anakie on Monday night.
A State Control Centre spokeswoman said emergency crews were called to the scene about 8.10pm and found chicken manure on fire.
The fire was north of Pringles Rd.
The spokeswoman said it was declared under control about 9pm and crews remained on scene.
She said seven vehicles were at the scene of the fire, which was categorised as small.
