Lockdown sends social media into meme frenzy

Lockdown is back, and so are the memes.

But having seen our interstate counterparts shift in and out of lockdown in recent months, it seems there is even less original takes on the main event than Pfizer jabs.

Without a clear narrative and humorous scapegoat like that of the Woodville Pizza worker, our state’s best ‘meme lords’ are scraping the bottom of the barrel to put a light hearted spin on a very serious situation.
