An Underdale man accused of kicking his pregnant wife while wearing steel cap boots with intent to kill his unborn baby has had all charges against him dropped.
Theodore Christopoulos, 48 or Underdale, appeared from custody in the Port Adelaide in March facing charges of administering poison on another person to procure miscarriage, aggravated causing harm with intent and two counts of aggravated assault.
All charges involved were withdrawn during a court date in May.
Court files show the allegations related to his partner and another person.
Mr Christopoulos contested the allegations during his original court date and did not enter a plea at any stage of the court matters.
Prosecution did not oppose bail in March, granting Mr Christopoulos home detention bail at a close family friend’s home in Lewiston.
