It’s been a long time between Olympics but they’re back and we don’t want to miss a moment.
We’ve all heard the rumours about the Olympic Village antics but these South Australian athletes are taking to Instagram to share the realities of their lead up to the Tokyo Games.
There’s weights sessions and gruelling training but it’s not all hard work with a sneak peek of village life and even and team bonding hair bleaching session.

From Stirling to Tokyo, one of Australia’s most experienced female cyclists, Tiffany Cromwell is taking her 120,000 Instagram followers along for the ride.
She’s met the mascots and checked out the Fuji Speedway where she’ll tackle the road race on Sunday.
