Mad Monday celebrations are something fans and players alike look forward to for an entire season.

While AFL premier Geelong has had a well-documented celebration after taking out the 2022 flag, SA’s local clubs have also gone all out to mark yet another year in footy.

Here are the best of the bunch:

GOLDEN GROVE GOES EMO

Golden Grove’s undefeated season in division three was one of the most impressive in Adelaide Footy League history, and so might its end of year celebrations be.

The Kookaburras went emo at the Golden Grove Tavern.

The women’s side also enjoyed their fair share of the Mad Monday shenanigans this year, dressing as rapper ‘Pitbull’ to end their season on an amusing note.

The side celebrated a strong season after falling just short of a grand final berth in the division three women’s competition.
