Christopher James Neos pleaded guilty to two counts of indecent behaviour after Macca’s drive-through quickie

Being caught mid-quickie in a fast food drive-through did not stop a southern suburbs man from continuing his fantasy-fuelled lewd roadside antics.

A landscaper says he was high on fantasy when he and his former partner were twice caught engaging in sexual acts on southern suburb streets.

Christopher James Neos, 38, pleaded guilty to a number of charges including indecent behaviour in Christies Beach Magistrate on Thursday.

Neos told Magistrate Rodney Oates he has turned his life around since the roadside incidents.

“I was high on fantasy at the time but I’ve changed my life around,” Neos said.

A police prosecutor told the court on when a Toyota Yaris failed to drive up to the pay window after placing an order at a Seaford McDonald’s on December 2, a staff member went to look for the car.

The witness discovered Neo, the driver, and a partial dressed female passenger engaging in a sexual act.

“The hazard lights were operating, the windscreen wipers were operating, the witness called out and approached the driver’s window which was down,” the police prosecutor said.

Little more than a month later on Australia Day, police attended a parked car on States Rd in Morphett Vale.

“When police approached the vehicle, they heard growling coming from a male,” she said.

Police found the defendant performing a sexual act on an upside-down female.

Neos was arrested and spent 25 minutes in custody.

The 38-year-old landscaper pleaded guilty to all charges before telling the court he wished to put the incidents behind him.

Neos was fined $900 and sentenced to three weeks imprisonment, suspended for 12 months and placed on a good behaviour bond.

Convictions were recorded.
