A woman has handed herself into police after seeing a social media post regarding a hit and run crash she was allegedly involved in.
SA Police have released a statement saying that social media posts led the 25-year-old woman from Hilton to attend a police station and told them she was the driver involved in the crash.
Emergency services were called to the corner of Mallen St and Sir Donald Bradman Dr just before 12.30pm on Saturday following reports of a crash.

The Toyota sedan, with an 88-year-old male driver and 80-year-old female passenger, then collided with road work signs and a tree.
The pair, from Encounter Bay, were taken to the Royal Adelaide hospital where the man remains in a stable condition and the woman remains in a serious but stable condition.
Police allege the 25-year-old woman, who was driving the dark coloured sedan, left the scene and did not exchange details.
Sinceattending the police station, she has been reported for causing serious harm and leaving the scene of a crash.
She was issued an immediate loss of licence and will appear in court at a later date.
