Chilling new allegations against a former McDonald’s manager have emerged, including that he set up cameras to capture images of staff members and friends changing and showering.

Jayden Guy, 24 of Salisbury Heights, is charged with indecently filming a person under 17, producing child exploitation material and 35 counts of indecently filming a person over the age of 17.

He was arrested in November last year after allegedly breaching bail conditions and falsifying documents in an attempt to get a job at Timezone at Tea Tree Plaza before.

He was released on bail again in December.

On Monday it was revealed the arrest came after he was allegedly caught with an internet enabled phone in home detention.

The court also heard new allegations Guy used falsified documents for a second time in November as he tried to have his working with children prohibition revoked.

The police prosecutor described the initial allegations to Magistrate Justice Wickens.

“They involve the defendant setting up his mobile phone to capture her changing in the staff change room,” the prosecutor alleged.

“His phone was seized and revealed images of eight other alleged victims aged between 19 and 24 who were engaged in private acts like showering, changing clothes, masturbating and other sexual acts.

“The alleged victims were not aware they were being filmed and did not consent to the filming.

“It’s believed that he actually recorded members of his girlfriend’s household in the shower and a female friend changing in his bedroom.”

The prosecutor alleged the fast food restaurant manager use CCTV footage to see employees enter their mobile passcodes using them to access the phones without their knowledge.

“He retrieved photos and videos from their phones and sent them to his own phone,” he said.

“After his arrest for those matters, on the 11th of November last year he submitted an application for working with children clearance.

“Sometime prior to November 17 last year he allegedly submitted a falsified court certificate to deceive a potential employer that the charges had been withdrawn, when in fact only one charge has been withdrawn.”

Guy was arrested again on 2 April and charged with breaches of bail after his internet capable phone was discovered and for emailing the Department of Human Services with falsified court documents on November 22.

Guy’s lawyer Omar Ali said Guy’s phone did not have internet access.

“He also checked with both his DCS supervisors who had approved the phone, he informs me the internet has been disabled,” Mr Ali said.

“With relation to the other offence, it’s not as if he was committing further offences while from home detention bail.”

Magistrate Wickens said the presiding magistrate would not have been aware of the further alleged conduct related to emailing the Department of Human Services when he was granted bail in December.

Guy was released on home detention bail and will face court again in June.
