Chicken truck roll over on Mallala Rd causes delay to incoming train

Chickens were thrown from their crates when the truck carrying them rolled next to a railway line in Adelaide’s north on Sunday afternoon.

Chickens were thrown from their crates when the truck carrying them rolled in Adelaide’s north on Sunday afternoon.

The vehicle, which was travelling on Mallala Rd towards Two Wells, landed on its side near a railway line just before 3pm.

An incoming train was forced to pull up as police and CFS crews cleaned up the scene.

The truck driver escaped without injuries according to Nine News.
