Details about drug and gun charges faced by an OnlyFans star who blamed her weight gain on home detention have been revealed as she is offered mercy to regain her pre-prison figure.

Alice Mabel Weeks, 26, of Mawson Lakes, made a pre-Christmas request with the courts to be removed from the restricting form of remand, which would also see her ankle monitor removed.

Amid the application, the Adelaide Magistrates Court heard fresh details about allegations which replaced the more serious abduction charges she faced after being arrested in May.

Those details, described to the court by a police prosecutor, included information about how much drugs Ms Weekes allegedly had in her home when she was arrested.

“The drugs and the loaded firearm were located in the home of Ms Weekes,” the prosecutor alleged.

“(There was) 12.56 grams found in three bags located on the coffee table of the lounge room.

“That was found alongside $4500 cash in $50 (notes), and some scales.

“The firearm was found on the couch in a Nike backpack … wrapped up in black tape.”

The serious charges of false imprisonment, theft, arson and discharging a firearm to injure, annoy or frighten a person against Ms Weekes were dropped after the alleged victim, 31-year-old Corey James McGhee, refused to co-operate with police and supply a statement.

Police initially alleged Mr McGhee had been tied up, bundled into the boot of a car, driven out to remote Port Gawler, shot in the back and had his car set on fire.

The arrested Ms Weekes alongside Fitzroy man Robert Richard “Richi” Wilkins, 36, over the alleged abduction.

But early this month police revealed Mr McGhee’s unwillingness to co-operate meant they would be downgrading the pair’s charges to using or having a prohibited weapon, possessing a dangerous article, unlawful possessions and refusing to answer a question put by a police officer.

The court heard Ms Weekes and Mr Wilkins were in a relationship and when they were arrested Mr Wilkins was “in a state of undress” in Ms Weekes’s bathroom.

After being arrested, both members of the duo spent time behind bars on remand.

They have both since been released on bail.

The court heard while on bail Ms Weekes had been busted with meth in her system, something she was sentenced to seven days’ prison.

Andrew Ey, for Ms Weekes, told the court “drug use is an issue”, but said home detention was not the only way to prevent his client from taking drugs.

On Friday, two days before Christmas Eve, Magistrate John Wells released Ms Weekes from home detention.

The pair will face court again next year.
