None of the defendants appeared in court.

Kelly and Stacy have pleaded not guilty to the charge with Magistrate Maria Panagiotidis setting a two-day trial for September at the Adelaide Magistrates Court.

The prosecutor said up to 12 police officers plus two On The Run staff members could be called to give evidence.

Stacy’s defence lawyer indicated 40 minutes of CCTV footage would be played including a number of different camera angles.

The four remaining defendants had previously entered pleas of guilty and Magistrate Panagiotidis said she intended to hear submissions on the second day of the trial.

She said a directions hearing would be needed to work out the logistics.

“I still have to grapple with this issue of everybody can’t be there,” Magistrate Panagiotidis said.

The Advertiser previously reported six alleged Hells Angels Outlaw Motorcycle Gang members were en route to Victoria on a national bikie run when they were arrested at Bordertown on February 21 last year.

At the time the men were described as a 52-year-old from Old Reynella, a 31-year-old from Andrews Farm, a 30-year-old from Gulfview Heights, a 65-year-old from Morphettville, a 26-year-old from Parafield Gardens, a 58-year-old from Marion.
