Adelaide’s east is brimming with businesses that make the area a great place to live, work and play.
And now is your final chance to vote for your favourites in this year’s Eastside Business Awards.
The awards – backed by The Messenger and Norwood, Payneham & St Peters Council – aim to shine a spotlight on business that excel in fields from best coffee to best customer experience.
Pizza restaurant Pan and Vine, which opened 18 months ago, is one of the newcomers nominated in this year’s awards.
Brothers Anthony and Luke Savas established the Kent Town restaurant after learning the ropes at West Beach Pizza Bar, where they worked for several years.
“We were both working at the pizza bar and liked it, so thought, ‘why don’t we just go out on our own?’,” Anthony, 28, says.
“Before we knew it, we were looking at spaces and really liked what we saw in Kent Town. It’s a great little spot.”

Anthony says it will mean a lot to him and his brother if they are to be officially recognised
at the 2020 Eastside Business Awards.
“It’s already amazing that we’ve received votes, so to win would be even better,” Anthony says.
“It’s great recognition from the community who have been so supportive of us since we opened.”
Voting in the 2020 Eastside Business Awards closes on Wednesday, March 25.
One voter will take home a $250 voucher for Discover South Australia, thanks to People’s Choice Credit Union.
