A young woman charged with multiple counts of commercial drug trafficking following a Para Hills raid has had her charges dropped, but her co-accused will still face court.
Tahlia Videon and Jack Hayward were arrested after police from the Northern District searched a home on July 27, last year.
Police allege they located three litres of GHB or liquid fantasy, more than 7500 LSD tabs more than 100 Xanax tablets, 500g of MDMA, 20g of cocaine, 1kg of cannabis, a pill press and nearly $9500 during the raid.
Ms Videon and Mr Hayward, both 20, were initially charged with three counts of large commercial trafficking, four counts of drug trafficking, money laundering and possessing prescribed equipment.
However, a prosecutor told the Adelaide Magistrates Court charges against Ms Videon had been withdrawn during the charge determination hearing.
Magistrate Simon Smart granted four weeks for the counsel for Mr Hayward to consider the charges against Mr Haywood.
If found guilty, offences involving large commercial quantities of drugs attract a maximum fine of $1m and/or life imprisonment.
The matter will be back before the court on May 10.
