A man accused of engaging in oral sex at a Seaford fast food restaurant is expected to face court next month on a raft of charges after his co-accused and former partner was sentenced for the indecent act last week.
According to court documents, Benjamin John Nona Wilson, 33, was at a Hungry Jack’s restaurant at Seaford in January last year when police claim he “wilfully did a grossly indecent act”.
The Aberfoyle Park man is separately facing other charges including, carrying an offensive weapon, unlawful possession and driving dangerously to escape police pursuit, among others, a court list on Wednesday showed.
Last week, his co-accused and former partner Kayla Jade Parry, 30, avoided a conviction for the sex act where she and a man were caught on CCTV while seated at a booth near the playground exit.
Prosecution told the court the man had been “exposed” and Parry’s head was “moving up and down”.
A manager at the restaurant, who saw the CCTV, called the police, who viewed the footage.
Parry, a mum and “highly-ranked” netballer, earlier pleaded guilty to the charge of a grossly indecent act.
The court last week heard Mr Nona Wilson was currently in jail “in relation to various matters”.
He is expected to face court next month.
